April had an international upbringing, is multilingual, loves to travel and learn about the World around her. She is a 3rd generation veteran having served on active duty in the medical field, worked an assignment with the Defense Intelligence Agency and deployed after 9/11. After her military service, she worked in credit management, airline safety and auditing.

While working as auditor & liaison with Delta Air Lines, she discovered her passion for creating solutions and problem solving, incorporating multiple perspectives and working with the status quo to design better solutions. This led her to pursue a master's degree in leadership and organizational development and later found the company.

She has since worked with numerous organizations such as MainStreet Oceanside, SAVI Vets, the Organization Development Network and the Oceanside Historical Society to help individuals and organizations tap into their existing potential, expand outreach, gather insights and build realistic plans to address concerns that align with diverse interests and values.
