April had an international upbringing, is multilingual, and loves to travel and learn about the world around her. She is a third-generation veteran who served on active duty in the medical field, worked an assignment with the Defense Intelligence Agency, and deployed after 9/11. After her military service, she worked in credit management, airline safety, and auditing.

While working as an auditor and liaison with Delta Air Lines, she discovered her passion for creating solutions and problem solving: incorporating multiple perspectives and working with existing resources to design better solutions. That led her to earn a master’s degree in leadership and organizational development, and later to found the company.

She has since worked with organizations such as MainStreet Oceanside, the Oceanside Historical Society, TrueCare, and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce to help people and organizations tap into their existing potential, expand outreach, gather insights, and build realistic plans that align with diverse interests and values.
